Our transport units management offers many features

The Dashboard

Create digital pallet tickets with just a few clicks. You get an overall view and also a detailed view of all transactions made and received. This enables you to know at any time which transport units you receive and owe.

Create booking

You will get notified for every transaction created. Your business partners will also get notified as soon as you send them a transaction. Notifications are sent via e-mail and are also visible in Pallet4me. Each transaction can be confirmed in Pallet4me, supporting internal and external remarks.

Transport units confirmations

For every transaction which was sent or received, a transport units confirmation can be created (printed or PDF). Use them to get signatures of the driver, or to archive them as printed version.

One-Click-Report

Create your reports in a few seconds! In the transaction details you can filter by company, loading medium, time period, comments and many more. A PDF and Excel report can be generated easily!

Map with route planner

View the current balances on an interactive map. Use the route planner to find the best route to your customers.

Mobile Mode

Pallet4me also works on smartphone and tablet! Let your drivers create new bookings during the tour and have them receipted directly by the recipient.

New feature: Define linked loading mediums

With this feature you can automatically suggest additional loading mediums when selecting a loading medium. This feature is useful if you always want to book lids together with boxes, for example.

Automatic daily report via e-mail

You can now set up an automatic daily report that will be sent to you by e-mail every day. Configure the report under Settings > Automatic reports.

Send Excel attachments in the automatic report

You can now send the automatic report in Excel format! Set the "Attach Excel report" setting in the report definitions.

Pallet4me supports you with multiple simple overviews to know the current status, either per-company or per-loading-medium. If required, every overview can be exported to PDF and sent to your contacts via e-mail.

Pallet4me notifies your contacts automatically about a new pallet ticket! If your partner company is registered on Pallet4me you enjoy two-side confirmed pallet tickets. Non-registered contacts are still informed via e-mail.
